Moving to our new home, and inheriting an older 4500L rainwater tank system at the back of the house which took up a lot of garden space – John, Hannu and team did an outstanding job guiding us on what we needed to do to replace and simplify the system. Had an issue with our tank (installed by previous owner). Aquarius was extremely patiently with helping me diagnose the issue over email. Once the diagnosis was completed, we scheduled for them to come over to give the tank a clean and fix it up. Thomas who attended to the job did a fantastic job and was meticulous.

I called this company about 3 years ago after unsatisfacory service from the installer of my tank. I was very impressed then with the service, they fixed and cleaned my tank and explained in plain language about the tank. Once again I have had a serious problem with my tank, I called Aquarius Watermaster again during the busy Xmas period. They came and advised me of the faults and said they would return with the needed parts before the New Year. They came today, were here for over 6 hours and had to fix and replace shoddy products and connections. Everything is great now under warranty and working fine. I wish I had got them to install my tank in the first place. I definitely reccommend this company they know what they are doing in regard to watertanks.

Aquarius Waterrmaster have been fantastic from start to finish.
My old steel water tank had burst open in the recent rains due to rust.
Aquarius removed the old tank and replaced it with a new slimline one which was aesthetically way more pleasing on the eye. They also replaced my automatic rainwater controller. I had a few questions regarding the operation of the tank a few months later and they came out immediately to offer assistance. Hannu is very knowledgeable and always offers the very best advice, what makes it even better is that the price is competitive too. I will definitely use them again in the future.
